New ABN partnership with bzTrack

New Australian Bookkeepers Network (ABN) partnership with Aussie fintech bzTrack to reduce risk and save time for bookkeepers processing payments.

Born out of the frustration of small business owners being forced to borrow against their houses because of poor cashflow, bzTrack sought to improve processes so businesses could get paid faster.

The recent winner of the Emerging Family Business Award for SA & NT, Adelaide-based tech solution has now been embraced by the bookkeeping community.

Partnering with the Australian Bookkeepers Network (ABN) to broaden awareness of the invoice processing solution, bzTrack is offering ABN members front row seats to improved efficiency and security.

New tech improves security and efficiency of payment and invoicing.

bzTrack’s technology is an add on to Xero. It offers services for card payments and invoice discount templates to reward customers who pay early by giving them a fixed % off the invoice.

For paying bills, a direct debit agreement and batch processing capability protect bookkeepers with stronger rules around transferring money, without the hassle and security risk of having to log into multiple client accounts.

Bookeepers protected from accounts payable security concerns.

bzTrack Finance Manager, Katie Beukes, says that bookkeepers no longer have to be vulnerable to paying bills incorrectly or juggling security logins.

“bzTrack works like an automatic debit service which syncs to the Chart of Accounts,” said Katie.

“Bookkeepers secure approval from their clients to pay bills and can batch those periodically.

“Bookkeepers prefer that they don’t have to manage multiple password generator logins, or have their clients’ accounts showing up in their own bank account dashboards.

“Batching payments saves time and doesn’t leave bookkeepers vulnerable to concerns about accuracy of their work,” said Katie.

ABN members given an exclusive opportunity to try bzTrack.

bzTrack offers flexibility to pay for only what is used, charging by transaction.

Till the end of January, ABN members will get one free credit report, which checks the credibility and trustworthy nature of a new client. Then for each client they incorporate into the service a BAS Agent will receive a Woolworth Group WISH voucher worth $50.
