Step 1 - Log in or create your free account

Sign In
→ Visit Sign In & Register
→ Click 'Already a member?'
→ Log in using your ABN member centre  credentials

→ Visit Sign In & Register
→ If you have not created an account, choose 'Register for Free' then provide your contact details to create your account. After submitting the form, check your email for your login credentials
→ Re-visit Sign In & Register
→ Choose ABN & Marketplace member sign in
→ Log in using your new credentials


Step 2 - Create your listing

→ Choose 'Create a listing' from the My Marketplace Control Panel 
→ Choose the category that your listing is best suited to
→ Fill in your listing details
→ Detail the specifics of your listing and select the duration of its appearance on ABN Marketplace
→ Upload your business logo (as a low resolution image no bigger than 300 pixels wide) and preview your listing as it would appear on the Marketplace Noticeboard. For optimum results, the final image is displayed at 150 pixels wide x 100 pixels high.
→ Confirm your listing

Please note: only ABN members will have their listings automatically approved to appear immediately on the Noticeboard. All other listings will be screened and approved by the ABN Marketplace team.

Step 3 - Subscribe to Marketplace listing notifications

From your ABN Marketplace Control Panel you will be able to receive notifications when new listings are posted. Simply choose which categories and locations you wish to subscribe to and then click 'Add Subscription'. The subscription will then be displayed under 'My Subscriptions'. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking 'Unsubscribe'.

What are the Marketplace categories?

Marketplace is divided into 4 categories:

Find a Bookkeeper - This is an open listing for bookkeepers. Bookkeepers can use this section as a tool to list their bookkeeping practice and gain potential new clients. Inclusion in this listing does not represent ABN Membership, so we advise users to treat it merely as an open source directory.

Client Listings - This category allows businesses (potential bookkeeping clients) to advertise their need for a bookkeeper and have bookkeepers contact them directly. Marketplace allows the businesses to screen who they respond to and to choose the best candidate. This category also serves as an area where bookkeepers can refer and share clients to other bookkeepers.

Industry Employment - Bookkeepers or accountants who are seeking to employ or contract another bookkeeper can post their ads in this category.

Businesses for Sale - This category is reserved for bookkeepers who are selling a bookkeeping practice or franchise.

Who can list on ABN Marketplace?

ABN Marketplace is open to bookkeepers, accountants, and clients.

How will I receive enquiries?

Posters can opt to display their contact details in the post itself, or keep their details private. If they choose to keep their details private, enquirers will be able to submit an enquiry to the poster via the Contact Form located at the bottom of the post. Enquiries will then be automatically emailed to the poster from ABN Marketplace. 

Please note: The Contact Form is provided to enable poster privacy. If posters choose to place an email address in their listing, they may be subject to web crawlers and receive spam from third parties. To avoid this, we suggest using the Contact Form feature and not supplying an email address in the listing.

Do I need to register with ABN Marketplace to enquire?

No. Simply use the Contact Form at the bottom of the listing to contact the poster.


Listing prices can be found at the bottom of 'Step 2: Place your listing'. Most listings are free; however, ABN reserves the right to impose pricing in the future, at any time, for placement of listings.
