If you or your clients experience an IT problem, you can receive:

- A personalised web link from your web site (if you have one, and if you wish this to be the case).
After you have used the service once, an icon can be placed on your desktop to make future usage even easier.

Proactive Support - Computer Guard
In addition to their support service for IT issues as and when they arise, Bookkeepers IT FastFix also offer a proactive solution called “Computer Guard”. Special software can be installed on your computer and monitored by the Bookkeepers IT FastFix team.
This means a Bookkeepers IT FastFix technician will be instantly notified when minor problems become apparent (e.g. failed back-ups, viruses, spyware, fragmented disk drives, etc.). They can then deal with the issue before it becomes a major problem. You will also receive a monthly report identifying issues that need attention, and a technician will call you to discuss their resolution.
This means a Bookkeepers IT FastFix technician will be instantly notified when minor problems become apparent (e.g. failed back-ups, viruses, spyware, fragmented disk drives, etc.). Pricing
The FastFix service is charged on a per minute basis and only for the time used. Computer Guard is available as a monthly subscription or at a discounted annual price. As a member of ABN, you will receive a discounted price for your own use of these services, and portion of the revenue from all services provided to your clients. - Your purchase price during business hours is $2.00 per minute
- Your purchase price after business hours is $2.50 per minute.
These prices apply to Windows Desktop Operating System environments. Higher prices apply to Windows Server Operating System environments and Mac environments, and are detailed in the Reseller Agreement which will be provided to you.
Additional Revenue Stream
You’re always in control. During the set up process you will have an opportunity to set the selling price charged for FastFix for your clients. The recommended retail prices are:
- Business hours RRP is $2.20 per minute. You receive $12 per hour.
- After hours RRP is $2.70 per minute. You receive $12 per hour.
You will also have access to online reports to enable you to monitor:
- work completed by FastFix for each of your clients; and
- revenue generated per client and across your entire clientele
Customer Payment
Bookkeepers IT FastFix collects payment from you or your client upon completion of the service. They then pay you any margin owed to you within 30 days from the end of each calendar month.
